This is my first step to get back to Home construction. I first worked on homes in Ohio when I was only 12 years old. I built my first home at the age 16 when my father went out of town for a couple of months.The home was a Tri-level with 4 bedrooms.
After the economy fell into hard times in the late 1970's I moved to Florida where I became a Residential Contractor. I was never a big contractor as I built 4 to 7 custom homes a year. I was doing fine until the housing bubble burst.
I than became a statics everyone read about. I was one of those builders that lost everything. There was one thing that I did not lose and that was my self pride. I did not or would I not ask for any type of Government handouts as long as I was able to find something to do to care for the needs of my family. My solution was to change my work and to continue on until things improve.
I desire now is to reenter into Home Construction by buying and restoring distressed properties around Orlando Florida. Once the restoration is complete I will put the homes back on the market for resale.
I have been trained to purchase and resale distressed properties by the team of Armando Montelongo. Who is he you ask? He is the star of the TV hit show FLIP THIS HOUSE as seen on AE. With his help and my knowledge of home restoration I believe I will be back into home construction soon.
